MD Snowground Zero - 1st Stage + Forum Youngblood
CAUTION - Frozen Floor: Dew to the bad weather, H2O Snowpark has become a dangerous ground for the competition, so the 1st Stage of Mountain Dew Snowground Zero is posponed for the 27th of January. This way, The Romanian Snake Session Forum Youngblood (Stage 2 of MD Snowground Zero) becomes an open competition. Both Stages will be held in the same day and they will turn into one contest. The competition protocol will be the same as described below. The best junior (under 18) will take the Forum Youngblood title. More detailes will be given in a further preview. Till then, H2O Snowpark will be open for training.

This Saturday on the 20 th (delayed for the 27th) of January in H2O Snowpark from Predeal resort Romania, Mountain Dew Snowground Zero comes in force with the first stage of The Snowboarding Championship. This stage will consist of a boxes and rail session, on 2 contest trails. Submitting and official trainings will begin from 10.00 am until 11.45 am and the competition will start at 12.00 pm.
According to the number of contestants the organizers will establish a protocol for the competition. The first 10 classed riders from this stage (as well as the next 4 stages until the Finals)will achieve points: first - 10 points until the last - 1 point.
In the Finals enter the first 15 Romanian riders who will achieve enough points and 5 more foreign riders who will receive wildcards. The Finals won't be open.
Just because there will be a few hours of sun, punctuality is necessary and the jury will note every movement after 12.00 pm.
To enter the competition, under age riders, will need a signed approval from their parents. Dont forget your helmets and spine protection.
For the first stage the amount of prizes are 1300 euros (half cash, half Billabong goods). So: 1st place - 600 euros, 2nd place - 400 euros, 3rd place - euros.
Music with DJ Bully, Mountain Dew, boards and snow all this in H2O Snowpark this weekend. Be there!
